We all love a good tool, they can save you time, make your live easier and track just about everything. So what are the best tools for Virtual Assistants? Here are my 5 top tools to run my Virtual Assistant business.
Social Oomph
A tweet last minutes and as a Virtual Assistant looking for clients, you want to make sure you are getting yourself out there. Social Oomph can be set up to tweet lots of different tweets regularly resulting in more business for you. A bonus is with the twitter unlimited package, you can have multiple accounts, so you can provide regular tweets as part of your pacakage.
Canva
Whether I’m creating pins, blog images or opt-ins, Canva is very important in my business. With the great features such as the team, your clients can share their custom fonts, logos, colours and designs so you can work at your full potential.
Toggl
Toggl saves my life, I was desperate for an easier way of tracking time and then I was recommended Toggl by Aby from You Baby Me Mummy. Not only does it track my hours, but I can check them by task, client, days and even look at pie charts of what I do most. It’s so helpful to see what I get done during the week and when a client is trying something new out, we can see just how many hours it’s taken.
Asana
Asana is amazing for planning tasks with clients, create your boards and a team within minutes and everyone can drops tasks in (even on the go with the app) and with a click set dates, assign them to a member of the team, add attachments and notes. A massive bonus is it works with Toggl so you can track your tasks without having to pop more details in anywhere.
PayPal
Pay Pal is great for invoicing clients, once set up you can send invoices with a touch of a button. If you have clients you send invoices to weekly you can just copy them, adjust anything you need and hit send.
Have you tried any of these, I’d love to know how you are finding them?
I really need to use Asana. I am a bit old school with notes everywhere. It’s fine until my youngest dog eats them! xx
Asana is great for getting organised!
Great list. I have never heard of Toggl before thanks for the tip! #TheListLinky
